2. Our services

We provide consultancy in artificial intelligence, Web3, blockchain and digital transformation. The content of this website is general information about those services. It does not constitute an offer, a quotation, or a contract to supply services.

Any engagement we undertake for you will be governed by a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work or master services agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement takes precedence in respect of the engagement.

3. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. In particular, you agree not to:

Unless stated otherwise, we own or license all intellectual property rights in this website and the material published on it, including text, design, graphics, the Block Star Logic name, and our logo and emblem. These are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view, download and print extracts for your own internal, non-commercial use. You must not modify our materials, or use any illustration, photograph or graphic separately from the text that accompanies it, without our permission.

5. No reliance on information

The content on this website is provided for general information. It is not advice on which you should rely for any specific technical, commercial, financial or legal decision. Although we take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and current, we make no representation or warranty that the content is complete, accurate or up to date.

6. Third-party links and services

This website links to third-party sites and services, including our scheduling provider, our enquiry form provider and our publication on Medium. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for business or operational reasons, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of Scotland.

Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to your use of this website, and we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

9. Your data

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, and we use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies to your use of the site. Please check this page periodically.
